In a context where digital transformation increasingly plays a pivotal role in all fields, equipping young Youth Union and Association officers with technological thinking and digital skills has become an urgent task. With the support and favorable conditions provided by the Standing Committee of the Youth Union at Van Hien University, the Faculty of Information Technology always regards accompanying training programs as both a social responsibility and an educational mission of its lecturers.

Recently, Module 3 themed "Dashboard – Data Tells Stories, Actions Lead the Way" within the framework of the 2025 Youth Union and Association Officer Training Program was successfully held, guided by MSc. Dang Van Luc – Head of the IT Faculty. The module not only provided knowledge about data visualization but also helped participants understand how to turn data into a storytelling tool, thereby improving communication effectiveness and decision-making in Youth Union and Association work.

A highlight of the module was the combination of theory and practice, tools and mindset. Young officers not only learned how to design dashboards but also practiced critical thinking, analytical skills, and persuasive data presentation. MSc. Dang Van Luc delivered the knowledge using modern, creative methods, helping participants approach technology in an accessible way and apply it effectively in practice.

More importantly, the module expanded awareness of the role of Youth Union and Association officers in the digital era: not merely as organizers of movements but as drivers of innovation. Digital transformation is no longer a distant concept but a practical tool to enhance the quality of activities and affirm the leadership role of the young generation.

With an educational philosophy that connects knowledge with practice, the Faculty of IT always considers lecturers as an important bridge helping students and young officers maximize their potential. Training sessions like this are not only places to convey knowledge but also spaces to inspire creativity, nurture leadership courage, and spark innovative spirit.

We believe that with the support of the Youth Union Standing Committee, the new generation of Youth Union and Association officers will become pioneering leaders, contributing to building strong, creative, and globally integrated movements. The Faculty of Information Technology will continue to accompany, support, and dedicate itself to the comprehensive development of students and the community.
