In recent years, job searching has become increasingly challenging due to fierce competition. To tackle this challenge, having a standout and impressive CV for employers during internship interviews or job applications has become incredibly important. Recognizing the significance of this issue, this morning, on January 7, 2024, the Faculty of Information Technology has collaborated with businesses to organize a training session on CV writing skills and job interview practice, aiming to enhance the quality of resumes submitted by third and fourth-year students when applying for internships and job positions

The training session featured the participation of top experts in the field of information technology training and recruitment, including Alta Software Co., Ltd., Fisoft Technology Joint Stock Company, Kase Edutech Training Center, along with faculty members from the Information Technology Department and third and fourth-year students.
During the training session, Mr. Ho Quang Duc, Director of Kase Edutech Education Technology Joint Stock Company, and Mr. Le Thanh Son, CTO of Fisoft Technology Joint Stock Company, reputable experts in IT workforce training and personal skill development, shared the structure, content, and format of a professional CV. The experts guided on presenting information in an engaging manner, emphasizing skills, experiences, and achievements effectively, while also pointing out common mistakes when writing CVs.

Especially, organizing mock interviews - real recruitment opportunities from businesses is an important chance for students to experience the actual interview process and receive feedback from business representatives. This helps students identify and improve weaknesses in their interview skills, while also providing them with the opportunity to join businesses for internships and employment.

At the conclusion of the training session, students had the opportunity to learn valuable insights shared by experts and experienced individuals in the field of recruitment. It is hoped that students will confidently build impressive CVs and demonstrate confidence during the interview process, thereby making a positive impression on employers in the near future.
